Safreen Zainuddin graduated from Nitte Institute of Physiotherapy, India, accumulated diverse clinical experience in Orthopedics, Neuro, Pediatrics, ICU, Outpatient Department, OBG, Community and Geriatrics, providing a comprehensive understanding of various medical specialties.
She gained extensive exposure to each department, further honing her clinical skills as she actively contributed to patient care in the challenging environment of Covid ICU and ward during the pandemic. Following this, she dedicated about one year to Adarsh Physiotherapy Clinic in Karnataka, India specializing in orthopedic conditions.
This hands-on experience allowed her to deepen her understanding of musculoskeletal issues and patient care.
She joined DOC Medical Centre half a year ago, leveraging her skills in Manual therapy and peripheral joint mobilization. Beyond clinical expertise, her career in health and wellness expanded with certifications as an Advanced Fitness/Gym Instructor, Pilates Instructor, Aerobics Instructor, Pre and Postnatal Fitness Instructor and Yoga Instructor.
She has also mastered Advanced Band and Physio Ball techniques.
